After Hours Emergency Calls - Municipal Licensing and Standards
Municipal Licensing & Standards Division with the assistance of Access Toronto, has enabled residents to contact MLS staff for emergency matters relating to:
- Abandoned appliances (disposed appliances with doors not removed)
- inadequate heat (September 15th to June 1st)
- construction noise
- trees posing a danger to people or property
- discontinuance of vital services (fuel, hydro, gas or water supply)
Should you require assistance from MLS staff after regular business hours, weekends or on holidays, please call Access Toronto at 416-338-0338. The automated night service greeting with provide a prompt that will connect callers to one of the City's 24 hour dispatch centres.
